Stories By A Princess

Here's the next story. Now with this one I had to write about a invention that I thought was important.

Now today I thought I'd tell you about the telephone and how useful it has been to us since it's creation.

So to start with, back in the "olden days" when people didn't have telephones they had to go a long way just to talk to their family, but with the telephone we just need to punch in a few numbers and hey presto, instant family. 

The telephone also saves lives, like if it's a life and death situation you can call up the doctor and he will be there in a few minutes, but before the telephone you would have to drive or run to the doctor and then back again and in that time the patient could have died. :(

The telephone is also useful for businesses, like before you would have to go from shop to shop before you found what you  were looking for, but with the telephone, you can just call from your room until you find it. 

And if you want to chat to your friend you just have to call them up, instead of driving all the way to their house, which might be a long way away. 

And thus concludes the usefulness of the telephone... click, beep, beep, beep.

I hope your all having as much fun as me today! I just love Easter, because everybody is so happy, families visit and everybody gets together and has fun. It's just such a happy time of year!

Great Author

I have just finished reading four books written by Sophie Masson. She has written a lot more but I've only read these ones, they are called: Moonlight and Ashes, Scarlet In The Snow, The Chrystal Heart and Hunter's Moon. They are all somehow taken off princess stories. For instance: Moonlight and Ashes has noticeable similarities to Cinderella. And Scarlet In The Snow is obviously off Beauty and The Beast. The Chrystal Heart has a few things in common with Rapunzel. And Hunter's Moon is a version of Snow White.
I really enjoyed all of her books and I think if you like princess books and movies you will like these.

I have decided to share some of my creative writing stories, that I write for school.

My first one is called: The Power Of Fright

Paul was unamused, by his sister's joke. They had been in the woods playing when they heard a sound like a dump truck falling over, they had jumped nearly out of their skin, then they had crept up to the place where they had heard the noise come from. When they got there however they stared in astonishment, for laying there on the forest floor was a large, up-rooted tree. Not unusually except for the fact that this one was a young healthy looking tree, and there had been no storms of late. So what in the world had caused it to fall down? Milly had then joked that a giant grasshopper had jumped on it and knocked it over, but Paul didn't laugh, he was still trying to work out how it had fallen over. He then decided to search the area, for what, he didn't know, but he could think of nothing else to do so he started to look around, starting close to the roots and making hes way up the trunk. He saw no marks on the ground, puzzled he made his way back tho the roots and on closer inspection he saw that the roots had been sawed through so as to cut off the wide spree support it had created over it's years. But it did not look as if the cut mark were man made, in fact it almost looked as though it had been made by termites. Seconds after he had made this deduction, there was another loud crash from somewhere to their right, "come on", he shouted to his sister. They started to run in the direction of the sound. On the way he told her all he had seen and what he thought in regards to the termites. When they finally reached the next tree he had an idea and so on arrival he ran to the roots and as he suspected it looked just like the tree before. He then turned to hes sister and said, "I think some thing is scaring the termites."   

I know the ending is very vague, but I just thought that, that way you can let your imagination roam, and come to any ending you want.

Amazing

I was just looking back at my post's and I saw I have not shown you a picture of sand for awhile and I don't know if you enjoy them, but I know I do:

                                 I just love the detail, and I also think that must of taken awhile.

                 I love, that in this one the creator put all that detail in and still left half the face normal.

Well enjoy the sculptures.

Dune Buggy

I have not written in awhile but I keep thinking about things to write and then forgetting them five seconds later so I came on my computer to do maths but I decided I better write a post, so here I am.

It has been so long since I wrote that I have not told you about the dune buggy. We had it working after a lot of trying and testing, but then as Einstein and I were going for a fast spin around the propriety the wheel started make weird noises like a stick kept banging against it, so Einstein stopped the buggy and we got out and to our dismay we discovered that a stick with a nob on one end had been plunged down into the wheel so after a bit of hard work Einstein managed to pull it out but it was a large stick and it left a big hole, so Einstein told me to continue driving and he walked behind to keep an eye on the wheel so after a bit he said that it was going quite well and that I could go faster so I speed up and reached home soon after. I walked into the house and asked Dad if he was in a good mood and he said " what have you done now" I batted my eye lasses and said " it's alright if a stick gets plunged into a wheel isn't it?" and he said "how did you manage
that" ? so when Einstein came in and said " hey Dadddd " he said "Princess already told me".
So now we are trying to take the wheel off and put the wheel from the non working dune buggy on instead but we can't manage to get ether off. :(
